Sven is the Manager of Barry Callebaut’s Plant in Wieze, Belgium, which is the biggest production facility within the Barry Callebaut group. It has a portfolio of over 1,700 different recipes, around 45,000 tons of processed cocoa beans every year producing almost 1,000 tons of chocolate every day. Wieze is a fully integrated factory – starting with the roasting of the cocoa beans and ending with the finished chocolate products.
