About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will partner with our Customer Supply & Development (CSD) function, supporting Extended Leadership Team (ELT) members and the respective business leaders to provide a proactive and forward-thinking approach to ensure the implementation of our people strategy and agenda. The incumbent will combine the roles of a strategic partner, a hands-on generalist, a change agent, a diversity advocate and a trusted advisor to the business.
We are looking for a colleague confident, thoughtful, strategic, consultative who will be key to the organization’s success. The role will be the bridge between the business and HR covering the broad spectrum of HR topics including EVP, talent and performance management, learning and development, compensation; D&I; talent acquisition and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities include:

Drive the implementation of the global People & Diversity mission and agenda

Lead Organizational Design and Strategic Workforce Planning

Support ELT and Senior leadership driving a high-performance culture
-
Support BC (Next Level) Transformation: Supporting ELT and Senior Leadership to assess, plan, implement Next level initiatives while engaging with key stakeholders

Act as a Change Management enabler, supporting leadership in navigating through the transformation
-
Act as a BC culture ambassador, role modeling BC leadership behaviors
-
Senior Leadership Partnership and Coaching, ensuring that they are delivering on their purpose and inspiring their teams

Lead the HR cycle for the respective function: Performance Management, Career Development, Talent attraction, Budgeting, Total Compensation and Rewards, Talent Review and Succession planning

Lead Learning & Development Initiatives in partnership with the global COE’s

Measure organizational health and lead appropriate employee engagement and reward and recognition strategies

Support the business in key decisions

Continue to leverage internal and external best practices

Act as a role model for effective collaboration across the HR community
About You
-
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with at least 2 years serving Global client groups

Exposure to manufacturing operations / supply chain functions is strongly preferred
-
Experience of driving / supporting business transformation & change management
-
Master in Economics, Administration, Business Management or HR Management
-
High comfort with working “in the grey” and navigating through business transformation
-
Flexibility working in a Global environment with different time zones

Proven ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Strong Sense of ownership and passion for the topic

Experience and track record in developing individuals and teams to realize their potential
